My Anaesthetic will provide you with the following services for a set fee of 4% of billings collected plus GST:
- Assist you to easily and smoothly enter the private consulting workforce
- Assistance to register for new provider numbers
- Assistance to register with all health funds, Medicare, DVA, Workcover and TAC
- Provide a booking service to surgeons and surgical groups to help assist in growing your private practice
- Provide patients with informed financial consent prior to their operations
- Record, chase down and verify records of the operation prior to processing your billing to minimise rejections and maximise payments
- Calculate and invoice health funds, Medicare, DVA, Workcover and / or TAC
- Calculate and invoice applicable patient gap payments
- Collection of unpaid invoices from health funds, Medicare, DVA, Workcover and / or TAC
- Collection of unpaid invoices from patients
- Ensure all monies reach their intended recipients
- Provide you with regular comprehensive reports regarding your billing
Please note merchant fees for payments received via credit cards and bpay, will be passed on. Ask one of our friendly staff for a list of these fees. These fees are subject to change without notice.
Fees for services not mentioned above may be negotiated upon request.
Please note: If you refer our services to any of your colleagues, you will receive a one months referral discount of 15% of your billing fees once the Doctor you referred commences billing with us.
